Shaolin Exercise, Health and Chi Qi Gong
Welcome to our Shaolin health program.
This program contains exercise, flexibly, and chi qigong movements that will
revitalize your body and mind. These movements have been practiced for hundreds
of years by masters and disciples of Shaolin.
As you will experience, these exercises can be performed by anyone regardless
of physical ability and age.
This is one of the beautiful traits of Shaolin health training, all of the
exercises can be modified to work and fit your body, and at the same time experience
the benefits of this old and proven method of training.
Shaolin training was developed first for health and fitness. To be a Buddhist
monk one had to have great concentration and focus. These exercises were designed
and practiced to develop and enhance the mind and body, giving the practitioner
a clear mind and tremendous energy.
