CITIZENS AGAINST TERRORISM (CAT)
Mission Statement:
The mission of Citizens Against Terrorism (CAT) is to inform, educate, and train the citizens of the United States of America, to assist law enforcement agencies throughout the nation to protect our country against terrorism.
CAT will perform this function through the participation of millions of patriotic U.S. citizens that want to help prevent another terrorist attack on the United States of America.
CAT will explore potential solutions, develop plans, produce strategies of action, evaluate results, and integrate them into a citizens's network. These steps will be implemented in an educational format that will help the Citizens of the United States of America feel that they are part of the solution and not waiting to be a victim.
