Teenage Program

Shaolin Teens (11 to 16)

CLASS OBJECTIVES: The objectives are the same with our Shaolin Teens. The difference is the drills, self defense and meditation periods are age appropriate. Teens want to be treated like adults without the adult responsibility. One of our objectives is to prepare them mentally and physically for the adult world.

CLASS STRUCTURE: The class structure is the same format as the other age groups. The Instructors delivery is again, age appropriate.

SUMMARY: All kids require attention and need to feel that their instructor cares about them both personally, and with their Martial Arts Progress.

All of Grandmasters Shaolin Studios Instructors are home grown and require a Black Belt, in addition to a two-year Instructors Teaching Academy.
